Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, we share a tracking link via email or SMS so you can track your shipment. Most deliveries are completed within 6–10 working days, depending on your location.

During sale periods, festive seasons, or promotional events, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended due to increased order volumes.

As all XYVO products are carefully handcrafted, there may occasionally be slight delays in production during periods of exceptionally high demand. In such cases, we will make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

Important Note

If you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, a verification call may be required before the order can be processed. Completion of this verification is mandatory and may result in a 1–2 business day delay in dispatch.
